Ethiopia Restructures Foreign Policy

The author argues that Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed is restructuring Ethiopia’s foreign policy to a focus on regional economic integration and developing partnerships with wealthy Gulf State countries such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
