Ethiopia: Ethnic Issues Beyond Tigray

Numerous cases of ethnic violence continue in Ethiopia that extend well beyond Tigray Region. The author believes the overriding issue in Ethiopia today is the conflict between ethnic federalism and pan-Ethiopianism.
